BMW STEP
BMW STEP is a program that prepares aspiring technicians to enter the workforce at a BMW dealership nationwide. My team shot and interviewed STEP students and instructors in their primary tracks (Body Repair, Paint, and Veterans) to produce promotional videos of the program for prospective applicants.
